• Slot 1: 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• Slot 2: 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM

with Subject: ORAL PAPER , NAME, ABSTRACT ID (FROM WEBSITE).
This is mandatory. Max no of slides 15 - in these headings-
● Introduction
● Aims & Objective
● Material & Methods
● Operative flow chart of study
● Results and Conclusion
● limitation of the study
● Ethical Consideration & Conflicts of Interest
• Videos, graphics or images in your presentation should be compatible with the latest computer software version (Windows 10 & above).
• Allotted time of presentation is 07 minutes beyond which the screen will automatically turn off.
This will be followed by 02 minutes Q & A.
It will be the decision of the chairpersons to allow you to complete your talk if it exceeds beyond allotted time.
• A digital timer will be visible to assist with time keeping.
• Chairpersons will interrupt, if you exceed the allotted time limit.
• The session hall will be staffed with an AV technician who will assist in starting each presentation. ·
• You will be able to control your presentation using the mouse provided on the podium or up/down/right/left keys on the laptop keyboard
Poster Presentation • All posters should be put up on the frame by 11 AM. • All presenters to stand by their posters and be ready for questions by the respected judges.
• Poster size should be: 36"(Width) X 48" (Height) • Be sure to include the title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) where research is underway • Test readability o Title banner should be legible from10 feet away o Body text should legible from 6 feet away • Use easily readable type font. Suggested minimum font sizes are as follows: A. Title:36-point type B. List of authors:24-point type C. Body text:16-point type • Be consistent A. Keep line spacing consistent B. Keep consistent margins C. Keep the color, style, and thickness of borders the same D. Keeps heading consistent • Pick no more than 2–3 fonts, no more than 2–3 colours • Make sure ideas flow logically from one section to the next • Use charts and graphs to illustrate data (avoid large tables of raw data) • May include references but not mandatory as focus is on test and findings • Use high resolution photographs.
